Thanks to our attorneys for their prompt preparation and publishing of the latest summary of property tax legislation. You’ll find the 2022 summary, as well as the summaries and bill status charts back to 1997, on our Real property tax legislation summaries webpage.

Tips & reminders for access to the Online Assessment Community (OAC)

  • Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome are the preferred browsers.
  • Always access the Online Assessment Community directly from the Tax Department website. (Do not use browser bookmarks or favorites.)
  • Select ONLINE ASSESSMENT COMMUNITY LOG IN located in the middle of the page (not the Log in button on the top-right of the page)
  • If you have trouble logging in, make sure you have cleared your browsing history, temporary files, cookies and/or cache and restart your browser, even if you’ve already done so recently. To learn how, see Browser requirements and troubleshooting tips.
  • Don’t see the municipality you’re looking for? Complete and sign Form RP-5100, Request for Secure Access.  A separate form is required for each municipality that you need to access. You will receive an email when your request has been initiated with instructions.
