Adobe Reader - Requirements and Download Information

Adobe Reader is required to view and print forms, instruction files, and any other PDF files found throughout this site. To obtain the latest version of the free Adobe Reader, please visit the Adobe Web site.

You may be able to view a PDF document by just double-clicking it. If that doesn’t work, you’ll need Adobe Reader version 6.0 or greater to view, download, and print. If you have any older versions of Adobe Reader, you’ll need to uninstall them before installing the new version of Adobe Reader.
