Get your highway use tax (HUT) credentials online in minutes. At OSCAR you may:

  • get HUT credentials and print them immediately  
  • revise HUT credentials  
  • cancel your credentials, and more.

To use OSCAR, all you need is:

  • a HUT account  
  • an active USDOT number

To get your HUT credentials now, go to OSCAR (www.oscar.state.ny.us) and select ‘Enroll Now’.

Can’t use OSCAR today? Continue to Form TMT-1 Application for Highway Use Tax and/or Automotive Fuel Carrier Certificates of Registration and the instructions.
